Receive your account
Your administrator supplies your username and password, sets your product subscriptions, and provides your launcher.
Sign in on your PC
Use your credentials in the launcher. A successful sign-in links an available device slot to that PC.
Keep track of your time
Your launcher shows your remaining subscription time after sign-in. Overwatch and Spoofer subscriptions are managed separately.

Need an account change? Join our Discord and contact your administrator for help with your access.
Using a new PC?
Ask your administrator to reset your HWID binding. Once reset, your next successful sign-in links your account to the new PC. A hardware change may also require a reset.
Forgot your password?
Your administrator can issue a replacement password. A password reset keeps your existing device bindings and subscription dates.
Need more subscription time?
Arrange an extension with your administrator for the product you use. Your remaining time updates when your launcher next checks your account.
What does device linking mean?
The launcher derives a fingerprint from your PC to check its device allowance. Raw hardware identifiers stay on your PC; the licensing service stores a keyed hash of the fingerprint.
